Yep two questions.
First: Do Sierras carburated engines come with catalytic converter??
Second: Can someone tell me whats the brand of the original carburator in the Sierras???

Couple of questions
Not all sierras that ran unleaded had a cat. Some post 1986 N/Ts never had a cat. All wide tracks had a cat.
Grimbos trayback never had a cat (1987) as it was a commercial vehicle and did not have to comply to ADR's for passenger cars.
Could be aisin. Vitara carbs DEFINITELY have a mikuni stamp onthem.
