Post by Rhett »

Put a new motor in the zook a few weeks ago and am going to a car show on the weekend. It is going on the dino. What will it read? It will be pushing 33 x 14 inch tires though a 1 litre case.
PS I have a flash air pod filter. Thats got to do something
All choices are Kw not Hp
I will have the correct answer on monday.

Not as much as hoped. 16.4 hp at about 4000rpm in 4th high range. But I had some funny looks and laughs so it was all right.

4000 is all it would pull in 4th high range. I don't know why he couldn't do it in third. I wanted to him to beat the rotorys 9500rpm. In the show and shine there was a few hundred cars and mine got just as many looks if not more than all the big horse power cars that wouldn't get through a spoon drain. I think it was becouse I took my own rock. I feel sory for the person who had to take it away. It wieghed more than my suzi.

realising how much power was at my disposal. I took it upon myself to purchase racing harnesses for the zook yesterday and am upgrading the bar work considerably. (yes I am serious)

You had better have a look at some red painted brake calipers, chrome bonnet pins and plastic checkerplate floor mats to go with the pod filter, this way you'll fit in at the next car show you go to.

I have the chrome bonnet pins and a yellow tapet cover. I couldn't find any plastic checkerplate that could withstand being rolled over on so I have about 1 sheet of 3mm steal checker plate in the little critter and I still didn't get a picture in the local paper.
