I have a 90 sierra softtop that, when it rains leaks through at the bottom of the internal door panel and leaves a pool in the bottom of the drivers footwell
1. Does anybody else have this problem?
2. Does anybody know how to remove the panel without destroying it so that I can have a peek inside to see what is going on?

Is the overflow instant or does it take a while to begin overflowing?
I'd be looking for the drain holes in the bottom of the door - make sure they aren't blocked or rusted over.
I never had plastic sheeting on the doors of my old spook and never experienced that.
