Suspension Travel / Articulation on Feroza

Suspension Travel / Articulation on Feroza
The Rocky posts have inspired me to do something to my Roza.
I don't have any articulation, I mean zilch on my Feroza, wheels are constantly off the ground on the slightest hole which means no traction and stuck !
I have a lift, with OME shocks.
What can I do without spending too much ?
Rich.

No I haven't removed the swaybar. Do you mean front or back?
Is it dangerous if you do this for everydat road driving?
Rich.

have the rear springs 'played with' to get the best compromise of lift, suppleness and load carrying ability. The OME springs are known for being very hard, and therefore reducing travel. Ask any of the hilux drivers on this bought, there are ways of getting leaf's to flex. Mike H and Andy from WA got pretty good flex out of the rear end.Rich wrote:The Rocky posts have inspired me to do something to my Roza.

If you want to overcome the lack of front end wheel travel, have the front diff welded. That pretty much all you can do anyway. Be careful though, as the way youy drive off-road may have to change. I didnt get mine done, but I did consider it the more I drove it off-road, then I saw the light and bought a Nissan i.e coil sprung, solid axles.

Roza leaves are nice. Take out ya overload (thick bottom leaf) leaf, and possibly another leaf it it still stiff. Fit longer shackles and make usre that ya shocks are long enough. See how that goes, though this will kill ya load capacity if ya worried bout that. From memory Tim (aka REDZOOK) rus roza rears in his zook or did run them. Might be worth askin him bout it. As for the fron ditch the sway bar, and that bout it without cuttin bumpstops and the like, which will just cause more angle in cvs, and BANG there they go.

Which sway Bar?
Seems the way to go is removing the sway bar.
So do I remove the front or rear sway bar?
( I am a mechanical Numpty I know).
