What kind of power should be pulling of my GQ 4.2D patrol when the ignition of as i think i might have a small power leak? My alarm should be the only think powered after i turn the car off.

only a few mA for the alarm, permanent power to stereo etc.

connect an ammeter in series with the battery then start pulling fuses out to see where the leak is.

Alarms should only draw 10-15 mA. Things that need power for memory only (ie no flashing lights) should draw next to nothing.
