Got a mate who has finlly purchased a daily driver and is starting to look at turning his f20 swb hard top into a weapon. Did a search and didn't find much, he is interested in repowering it, lift (maybe coils) and tyres (33s, probably 31s to start with), and widening the track to suit. Any advice would be appriciated.
Area54, any pics of the bundy suspension swaps?
Thanks

I haven't got any pics, can only say what I have seen on this particular rig. Bundy front and rear diffs, cast radius arms, panhard rods. Also has transplanted '2LT' 2.4L turbo motor from a surf, radiator in back, but no idea what he did for bellhousing adaptor. to cover the wheels he welded on some box trailer mudguards (not pretty but passed and practical) Runs 35 pedes no probs.
Simplest thing to start with is a body lift, some eight inch rims and some 31/32/33s, the gearing is okay offroad with these tyres but onroad it will still be a slug.

Built, not bought.
