Well the body is on, looks good. I don't know how to do the "hosting the pics thing" and don't want to hasle people to do it for me. When pics are working i'll load them up.

Really though this thread and many others like it are useless with out pics.

Oh yes and I am running a club trip on cup day (re-run of the trip I wrecked my tin top on last year)

You will need to have nuki going by then, all fetishes will be catered for (rocks, ruts and mud)

i think it's 3mm from memory. Make sure you allow a full day and a bit to do them properley.

I did mine with the body off and just laid it down on its side to do the welding on the inside edge. It would be a PITA job to do with the body on the car at ground level i would think.

Maybe wait untill you're going to do the cage and pull the body.

Wheelbase 2230mm

Outside edge tyre width 1890mm

Sill to ground 610mm

Tyre height @15psi 870mm

Note:- no seats, roll cage, front clip, approx 1lt of fuel and i did not use a calibrated air pressure gauge or tape measure.

Outside edge tyre width will increase by approximately 65-70mm with 10" rims.

The back is sitting a little lower than the front at the moment, when it's all back together if it still does i'll have to work something out with the rear springs.

thats common after a ruf conversion (higher arch springs using similar mounting points to original), but let it settle before ya mess with it, it may be fine with finished config, and if not, is easy fix...christover

I think that he's only going up to 6 inch. I need to cover at least 14 inches and my wheel arches have been slightly modified to the point that you would need to join two standard flares lenght ways to go around the rear.
