85 4runner suspension

Post by brighty »

G'day, mate of mine just bought a 2.4D 85 4runner. Springs are flattened out and need new ones.... anyone know what the rancho springs are like for articulation???? Good, or maybe take a leaf or 2 out??? What about parabolic springs????
When in doubt..... UTE-ERIZE it!!!

Ditch the standard springs, buy a pair of XD,XF falcon springs, fab a new front spring hanger about 6inches towards the front of the chassis, bolt em up.
Heaps of flex and a nicer ride aswell.
