100 series CB install

Post by Wave_nut »

Just threw in a UNIDEN CB and have been finding trouble locating a good spot to feed the antenna coax through the firewall from the bull bar. Can someone please elighten me as to the best method for running the coax through?

Where did you mount the UHF, I was thinking about mounting mine in either a roof or a centre console?

not to sure about the coax but I saw a nice install on the 100scool page, guy fitted it into the sunglass holder in the roof & ran a cable for the mike down to the centre console

Not a 100series, but I just drilled a hole in the firewall behind the glovebox on the passenger side as it was the least cluttered area. Used a rubber gromet and it was done.
