Help. Need Advice or idea on my Range Rover

Post by ragin rover »

Gday,
Me and my mate have put a 2 inch body lift.

Problem is that, there is four mounts inside the chassis. Think its call tie down or something. No idea.

What do i do?

Some people say, bolt it , weld it, put block in there???

Please give me as many advice or idea as much as you can.

Thanks

Extend the bolts - then re tighten.
Unless its the ones over the rear wheels - then create a spacer to suit.

also depends on the kit you bought. Some have teh extra long bolts and spacers supplied...

Those are for seat belt achorage.

Extend the eyebolts or get some 25mm x 3mm flat bar and make 2 link plates (like link plates for roller chain) to extend each bolt.

I'm talking about the ones over the rear wheels.

Currently spaced with engineering packing.
