Does anyone know if there are any laws regarding the placement of cb antennas on a vehicle?

no i dont think so if you go out west have a look at the dept of transport and coppers rigs they have got them all over id say were ever they work best cheers :D

Only one is to be fitted to the front of the vechicle, and it must be fitted to the left hand side;
Diameter no thicker than 75mm;

The law in QLD is that only one may be fitted to a bull bar, and it must be mounted "behind the profile of the bar" (as with all BB bolt ons) and it must be fitted as close to the LHS of the vehicle/BB "as is practicable".

i think the large HF areals must be fitted to the rear in victoria
