from the pictures above, i make the assumption that:

The Big guys are tryin to destroy the little guys,
but the little guys are trying to make the peace offering,
the little guys are saying, we have balls, let us live,
the big guys say blow it out your ass,

understand now peoples?

as from what i can understand is the copyright laws deem things must be 25% different. so maybee the blue in the corners and the small print in the lower red oval and the longer word is enough but id still be pissed offif it was me but with the price ARB sell their stuff they should be able to buy the global company out
1999 SQ625 Manual Grand Vitara. Lifted, Twin Locked, 31' Extremes, dual Batteries, Winch.

that is rubbish. The whole, you have to change the design X%, is wrong. It has to do with reasonable assumption by the consumer that the companies are related. Even more so, as they are in the same market/industry.

And so what how much ARB sell their stuff for, they are a business not a charity and are there to make money, if people are willing to pay the price good on them.
