You would want to be sure you had ya car running and good batteries :shock:

That thing draws a fair amount of current.

Should be able to get these made cheaper locally. As there should be a couple of 2.5hp motors on teh market with alot of people upgraqding to the new 6hp.
Also I was informed that the new 6HP motors where pretty cheap relativeto the 4.6anyway. Think I was tolod under $400. How much would it cost to machine up an adaptor.

Hrmmm by the time you're spending that much, you could easily manage all the hassles involved in setting up a belt-driven compressor.

200A, jeepers, that's some pretty fat cable you'll be running.
