here is some thing for you guys to think about
i just did basketcase duels in 6 hours.
that from him driving it in the yard to finishing it other then bolting the tail shafts on agian (he still has to get them made)
yes this is the second time i have done this but still :armsup:

do duals offer any reduction in high range?? ie to allow running bigger tyres on road?

no they dont offer reduction in high range nothing for the hilux does, that is unless you put it in 2wd low for normal driving but that pretty silly

to get your 2wd high gearing fixed the best way to do it is use lower diff ratios

got a top shifting case today , it was meant to be out of a import 4runner with a 2lte in it, my only worry is the shift forks have stubs sticking out the front of the case, will this be prob do i need to mod the shift rails

just cut then off

or

just drill the adapter out so the shift forks will go forward into the holes

the aa ones already have a space there for this
i don't no how far your forks go forward spazbot but if that is them all the way forward they should fit

sweet as the forks go a little further foward so they may need some minor trimming
