Silver/Champagne Paint Code

Post by GQAndrew »

Hi Guys,

I have the two tone paint on my patrol, it is the Blue or Silver, or champagne, Im not sure which, it looks silver in sunlight, but champagne in the shade. The problem is the car was originally all blue, before the owner changed the bottom to the silver/champagne colour, so my Paint code on the Plate only has the Blue code.

Can anyone tell me what the colour codes are for the silver or champagne, as my local Auto One store can produce the paint based on the code, and I need to get this done so I can patch up some rust around the mudflaps.

Thanks

Andrew

Probably a better chance of a 2 year old matching up the colour with a box of crayons. Went in there when I required the Blue, they said that they searched on the computer and was no longer available, couldnt even tell me the actual name of the colour if I gave them the code. Eventually, went into Auto One, they made the colour from the code I gave them. May give them another shot, see if they can look it up from the manufacturer and description.

Wasnt expecting them to have it, but you would expect them to know what it was!

Stop if you see one in a car yard!

Cheezy has one, with the Champagne over Burgundy paint. PM him and he may be able to help you out.

Might do that. Although Im thinking that it is the silver, not sure. Looks silver in sunlight, but champagne in the shade. Looks like a Hijacking at the lights is in order

Actually, looking at this photo, 99% sure it is the silver.
