Have spoken to CALMINI about ordering direct through them on a few things. Yes they have no problem with it, however the freight is the killer. The two places who stock there gear bye it in bulk and it cuts down on the fright. This is how come it takes them a long time to get stuff in.(They wait to till they get enough then do a bulk order). Got a price on the 3'' kit for my Vitara from the mob in perth it was $2100 to my door, stright from CALMINI with freight was $100 more!!!!!

did that the other day... $57US for two lockers to my door, not too bad, but it's slower and there's no tracking of the package

A word of advice when working with the US, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU PAY.

If you do there will be no hasles if you don't there could be problems.

BTW Calmini will take credit card but will not accept TT.

ended up costing $290ea incl post. for detroit ez-lockers. might get stung by customs, but still will be cheaper than buyin them here. potential dramas: warranty issues, dodgy dealer, delivery time... hoping it'll all be good  was thinking 'bout doing a group buy, but more chances of getting stung, and problems with organising ppl

Kaos is the official distrib2tor on the east coast, and the prices work out pretty much the same.

There is a Vit 6" kit on its way and a rockcrawler for a couple of guys as we speak :)

I emailed Calmini last Saturday to get shipping prices and availability of the 3" suspension and rock crawler gears, they replied yesterday with prices but said they were out of stock for the Suspension but expect to have some soon

I'm going to try to get a exact date that they will have them BEFORE they get my money, hope it's not too far away...........................................

Yeah I thought about ordering T/Ts gears but the added hassle of shipping from two places put me off as well as buying a newly released product, I'd rather spend a little extra and get a proven product as it would be a ba$tard to get a warranty claim all the way down here. I'm Not trying to implie that their is any thing wrong with T/Ts stuff just Calmini's gears have been around for a while and proven to be reliable.

Oh and did I mention that the company director at work said that they would foot the bill for my parts in return for the my efforts over the last few months while we've been going hard to get a contract out on time :D :D
