Isuzu diff ratios

Post by Utemad »

Hi all,

I have a mate with a 2WD V6 Rodeo single cab trayback.

He is after a higher diff ratio for lower highway revs. He has already put the 4WD 16in rims and taller tyres on it.

Anyone know of any higher ratio diffs that will fit?

I think he said his is 4.3 at the moment.

Thanks.

There are factory 4.56s and 4.77s around and also Tera 5.38:1 aftermarket.

Thanks for the info however I mean he wants a ratio that gives less revs for a given speed as it is 2wd.

Oops, sorry!

I believe there is a 4.1 out there also. Not sure if it was in the 12 bolt diffs though...
