Hi guys i was wondering how do i go about identify my gearbox i was told there were three types that came out with the bunderas mines a BJ73 and im pretty sure my diffs are landcruisers not hilux cause they look to big and its leaf sprung not coil. thanks
ok, yours is not a bundera, its a BJ73, ok...huge difference
motor: 3B or variation
gearbox: H55 (ONLY)
transfer case: Split Case, heavy duty idler
diffs: 4.11 landcruiser diffs, both have passenger drop
9.25" crown wheel, 30 spline 1.31" axles, full float rear
leaf springs

gearbox/diff info
the gearbox and diff designation are on the build plate under the bonnet, on the firewall, in all toyotas.
