Wasnt a bad day but could be so much better if it was hosted some where that wasnt all sand, but at least someone is trying to orginise comps. Would probley only go up for 1 day next year, but only with a bunch of others so u could split the $35 entry fee :)

Your dreaming Shane! Next year we’re gonna compete in the jeep, you drive I’ll navigate, with the air rock it’ll be unstoppable. And on the way home we can blow that lancer away with the super charger.
If Matt W knew how to change a tire he could have come first, so with your mechanical skill’s (which I doubt you have, but you keep telling me you have qual’s) we could win!

As for the pic’s stop being slack you don’t even have a job! Geez I just realised you fly out today. Have a good one loser!

Anyway back to the pic’s, download them on www.freepgs.com then upload from that site using the [img] button.

I went up on each of the 3 days. I stayed about 2-3 hours on each day.
Sure it can get a little boring but you cant have non stop carnage. :?

The crowd seemed down this year and I hope that doesnt dampen the enthusiasim of the organisers who I thought did a good job considering it was all done with volunteers.
I think the lack of advertising probably failed to attract the more softcore offroaders which often make up the bulk of the crowd.

I think the venue is ok although they could improve spectator veiwing by building more mounds so you can see the action at the bottom of the pits.
It maybe a little sandy but its better than stand on mud or rocks!

Ill be going again next year and may even do a night visit.

I would have liked to see the points breakdown because I know the two who came first overall were neck and neck with Kris and myself through out the whole week end.Which means we only just missed out on taking the whole thing out!!! :P

We lost some points on sunday for giving mongral mountain ago when we knew we didn't have a chance( mainly cos no one else did it!) but you cant let the crowd down and drive around the bottom.
So they took 10 pionts off us for trying? If we drove around it we wouldn't have lost any?
What the??? :?:
Any way we had a great time.

We gave the mongrel a go every time despite knowing that there was no way we would get up.
But we were told that you could have one attempt and then drive round.
But you still got the drive round pennalty (20 points for D class) one attempt or none.
