Whats a good price to pay for a rear locker?

already have compressor?

where's the best place to go

why bother. the LSD in the back of a gu is awesome. just stick the locker in the front and you won't stop the truck.

your truck would be under warranty.just get them to check it and rebuild as necessary. the lsd should last a good couple of hundred thousand kays anyhow as long as you change the oil as required

sorry i should have mentioned that i just bought some second hand 4.6 diff centers.

so my option's are
1. just to put complete diff centers in with second hand LSD
2. put my LSD with that ratio
3. fitt diff lock to the 4.6 ratio

fit the new ratios with your current LSD

Much easier that way and you have peace of mind knowing that the LSD will last for a long while yet.

If youre not confidsent or dont want to upset bearings, preload etc then just swap the centres. Makes an easy job.

have the LSD in the centers you have out of car tightened, and then just do a center swap.

just paid 1000 for mine , but If you can wait ,try holding out for the 4x4 show in melb ...there might be some bargins
