I dont think there are many people on this board who would be interseted. Have you checked what people are selling them for in the trading post. maybe its not so cheap?

I used these guys when I bought the mav. They were ok, missed a few things like broken engine mounts. So far so good.

BE VERY CAREFUL!

These are difficult to resell as they have a fairly bad rep, even with non 4WDers. There is one on the side of the road here in Bayswater and he's been dropping the price for about 10 months or more now and he can't get a buyer. I think it's down to mid $13k at the moment. Doesn't look to be anything wrong with, just no buyers.

How much? I don't think I'd touch one even if it was $10k.

mmm RACQ to Geelong Victoria?

Either use your normal roadworthy guy (then you know how much you will have to spend for RWC) or find a VACC accredited inspector.

If the VACC guy misses anything and you buy the car he will have to pay to get it fixed.

Note: Don't expect to move the explorer along quickly. They are relatively worthless and as said by someone else even non 4wders generally don't like them.

Colour can also affect price, there will be a reason it is cheap.
Well I'm guessing that they didn't think everyone would carry on like a big bunch of sooky girls over it like they have........
Agree with both statements.. theres been a couple forsale on one board for a while, that keep dropping in $$ weekly.. best bet is to use it for a tradein.
