buick/holden v6

Post by zerosin »

heres a question....i want to keep a carby engine, have a buick v6 for the toy with one but does anyone know if the manifolds will fit on the holden block?? as the later vp(?) v6 is a better balanced motor and has a better crank (better response/rev range)

only the early ones are interchangeable. I believe you'll need a vn v6 bottom end.

As far as i am aware the Carbed Buicks are totaly different in the port designs to the EFI buicks so i dont think any of them are interchangable.
Also the commodore block has no distributor hole in it at the back of the block under the manifold as far as i can remember.
