FJ 40, 350chev, 35inch muds?????

hey guys, i'm thinking of buying a FJ40, it has a 350chev, its lifted 6inch, with 35inch mudies on it, it has a winch (dunno what lb), full roll cage and its topless, it cost $6000 is this a good price? what about the set up i know a have lots of power and big tyres but will this be stable, as in will i roll it if i go to crazy? it has no rego will i be able to get road worthy i'm in QLD?
