Would the fan infornt of the radiator be called a viscous fan? Anyone know where i can get a aftermarket one for a 1991 GQ TD42? Pricing would be most helpful.

viscous fan is the one attached to your motor with a viscous coupling hence the name. the fan you are talking about is a forcing thermo. davis craig are ok, but don't mount it through the cores  .

i have a spare like you need in gc as i am doing a v8 conversion. make me an offer

cheers

Bru,

I am an amateur and have no idea how much it will cost new to start with. How about you quoting me a reasonable price and frieght charges to W.A?

A pic will be most helpful.

Cheers,
Mike

Any tool-spinner should be able to sort u a new after market jobbie. It is only req'd for when the A/C comes on anyway. Not a big deal.
