What product is the best to use to clean off mud from the engine bay and under car areas?

Pressure washer for under the car, for engine bay use a bucket and warm soapy water as this helps the electricals stay dry, as there is no overspray from the presssure washer.

Truck wash is your friend. It is a green liquid that you can buy from most places like Autobarn. Just spray it on leave for about 15 minutes or so then blast off with a high pressure hose

I know what truck wash you are taking about C-18 or something like that.
Will have to get some and maybe a cheap pressure cleaner.

also the truck wash from bp is good duno if they still make it and the bp degreeser is good to for non painted area's
