Depending on engineer used but id say yes.

have a mate just put GQ diffs in his lux with air rams, 5 link front & 3 link rear & engineer has looked at it & verbilly ok'd it in nsw...

Yes. The diffs aren't an issue as long as the suspension looks OK to control the extra leverage from the wider track.
Don't know much about that coilovers, however big centre of gravity increases wont be passed. I think one rule of thumb from the ADR's is that the entire headlights must be below 1200mm (tho that still leaves room for 5- 6 inch lift and 35's).
