Redzook, I fish plated the outer face of the chassis.
There are some good pic’s on spidertrax which shows their method of fish plating. It’s on the full body rig with the air suspension.
Apparently when I asked ppl about the extension they said the engineers they talked to would only approve a sleeved chassis.
