How much of the running gear from a 99 Disco will fit on a 83 Rangie?

The 99 should still be a disco 1 so all the running gear should bolt straight in, so long as you use the disco radius arms (different bush widths) and you may need to use the rangie A-arm (but I think the disco arm is the same length, just without a load leveller).

Are the axles in the disco an upgrade from the original rr 12 spline axels? So if I got the whole driveline diffs, suspension, gearbox from a 99 disco would it go under the rangie?
