16.5" Rims to fit Rocky?

Post by RockyWeapon »

I need to find a set of these. Ideally 16.5X9.75. Anyone got a clue where I could find a set? I heard there was a bloke in new south that will make rims practically however u want em.

About the only things that run 16.5 inch dia tyres are bobcats, and I think the old 8 stud F250-350 Fords.

There are wheel manufacturers around that would be able to make up any size and fitment of rim you wanted.

The tyres are Cooper Discovers - 33x12.5R16.5.
Next week the Spring Over conversion is being done! so I need soomething to fill the guards. And it already has raised leaves front and rear so...
And in a month or so, Bundera diffs and axles are popping in!
So I'll have more oppurtunity to user my dual stage boost controller that I have just installed.

What model Cooper Discoverer are they? They'd want to be something special to warrant spending $$$ on 16.5" rims!

For a 33x12.50 i wouldn't even bother with sizes for a 16" wheels let alone this odd size, just stick to a normal 15x8 steel rim.
