Were to get a manual for a Zuk

Got a 90 JX and am looking to get a workshop manual as Gregories dont make one were can i get a good one either a book or can you down load from a web sight i need info on wiring at the moment

Haynes makes them (suzuki sj & vitara 1982-1997 service and repair manual would be what u want, this has wiring diagrams in it) or if u want a proper workshop manual try suzuki west in midland they should have one.

write down your chassis number and phone you local suzuki dealer and ask for the spare parts section... they will ask for your chassis number, then they will call suzuki (because you can't) and will find out if the FSM exists for your car...

expect to be between 100 and 200 for it - but oh my goodness. it will be the best possible source of information for you given car.

I agree with greg a genuine suzuki manual is exelent. I paid $140 for mine. every nut and bolt is covered.

Speak with drew he knows everything almost about zuks. he reckons you can take the whole car apart with only three or four sized spanners.

Who would know that???

I've got a haynes manual you can borrow,the factory one is much better but i don't have one unfortunatley.

also have a corolla carb to try out .

DO NOT buy a Haynes manual!

I'm not sure how good (or availible) other brand manuals are, but I found the Haynes manual I bought to be bloody useless. It was vague and sketchy, had very few diagrams. It covered injected and carbied models (being printed in europe), and came with pretty much no diagrams for the carby stuff. Which was especially annoying since that's all I bought it for.

I have Haynes' manuals for my other cars and they are great, but this one was shockingly unhelpful.

Look at the link above, download the factory manual off that, save yourself a hundred bucks.

anyone who has worked on them. 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, on the rare occasion 17mm

a shifter is fine if you work in a nuts and bolts factory to replace the onces you round off. ;)

The link posted before takes you to a website I run. Its got a drover manual thats suitable for the sierra's up to 1988.5. I have a 88.5-1996 FSM that I'm currently scanning in but its slow going :) I've done chapters 0-3 so far with 19 more to go :)

I got it from Suzuki West in Midland for around $140. Let me know what wiring stuff you need to know and I'll scan it tonight into a pdf for you.
