There is an exhaust mob on 17 Mile Rocks Rd that had mandrell bends, not sure if they's have stainless though, also there is a truck exhaust place on the Ipswich service Rd at Rocklea on the inbound side that had a pretty big range of bits like that when I was looking for bends for my exhaust.

The other option is to sorce stainless bends from a food/engineering/manufacturing business. I can sorce mandrel bends from a local milking machine supplyer... 90 degree 3" for $30 in 304 stainless, polished.
