Tailshaft options??

Post by Whitey »

Just wondering if anyone here who's done 4AGE engine conversion and have had to move their transfer case back what rear driveshaft they now use? I did a search, and most people say they had to get one specialy made, but just wondering if there are any other makes of 4wdrives that I'd be able to get a drive shaft off to use?? Maybe one of those adjustable nissan shafts?? Any ideas??

ur probably gonna have to get it shortened, and another jack shaft made up, also ur front shaft will probably have to be extened.

Yeah I thought getting the stock one shortened might be one way to go... I already have the extended front shaft... just thought there might be a stronger, better option for rear..
