Hi Guys, Before swapping engines , i would like to do some adjustments to my old 4G54 2.6L petrol engine. Does Anyone know the valve tolerances (intake and exhaust) in inches or mm.

Not quite sure of your exact question but :-
- valve length, inlet = 108.0mm, exhaust = 105.9mm
- valve head thickness, inlet = 1.2mm, exhaust = 2.0mm
- valve seat contact width, inlet = 0.9-1.3mm, exhaust = 1.2-1.6mm
- valve stem seal installed height = 14.7-15.1mm
- valve timing, inlet opens at 25 deg BTDC, closes at 59 deg ABDC
- valve timing, exhaust opens at 64 deg BBDC, closes at 20 deg ATDC
- valve springs, free length = 47.5mm, installed height = 40.40mm
- valve guides, inlet length = 47mm, exhaust length = 52mm
- valve stem to guide clearance, inlet = 0.03-0.06mm, exhaust = 0.05-0.09mm
- oversize valve guides available = 0.05, 0.25, 0.50mm
