G'Day all
Does anyone know if a TJM T15 standard steel bar can be transfered straight over from a 100 series rigid axle to an 80 series? If not, what mods do you think would be necessary? Have been told that the mount points should be the same between the two.
Cheers

Flog the 100 series bar off - and get an 80 series one ya tight a$$...
The front ends are very different in terns of the relationship between the chassis rails/bodywork and your wallet emptied buying the right bar for the right car. Or go bling and gas axe the 100 one up to suit...

it's so crazy it just might work! the 105 series chassis (this is what you have if it is a rigid front axle!) is very similar to the 80 series, but you will need to measure the spacing of the chassis rails. there might also be cutting of the bar and/or fenders to get it to fit on the sides, and it might just look gay - they are very different shaped vehicles.
there is a lot less grief involved in selling that bar and buying the right one to fit, but it might work.
cheers
