the dimensions will vary dependin on how much castor correction u need.

but basically they will be the width and length of the spring perch and at one end will b about 1mm thick and the other end will vary as i say dependin on the amount of angle u need 2 correct your problems...

how much castor correction do you want? it's not hard to work out the dimensions to make them yourself:

angle = atan ((thick end thickness - thin end thickness) / wedge length)

if that looks too scary let us know what angle you want and what thickness stock you have available and I'll do the maths.

alternatively any wheel alignment place that does light trucks will have something you can use. They are a bit of a last resort, if your cvastor is bad you really shoudl find the cause and correct that first.

there not for me. i saw that superior engineering has
them for 35 bucks ea. but my friend is obsessed with
making things himself. i'd say it has about 4 to 5 inches
of lift with no correction at the moment. so maybe 5mm
at the thick end?

need more info - is this a springover? extended shackles? is this to improve driveline angles or to correct bad castor from extended shackles or what?

Sorry no spring over.

Did have superior drop shackles in front but
was crap to drive, so it now shackles the same
length as the drop one's in the closed position.

I can get that length later today if needed. I
beleive the driveline angles are ok. It just
drives like shit on the road. I don't think any
thing was done to correct the castor when
the suspension was done.
Thank's

Is castor definetely the reason it is driving like shit?
Take it to a wheel alignment place and get them to tell you what the castor is. Then find out how far off standard this is and go from there.
Don't bother guessing as you will chase your tail. (could fluke it i guess)

Make sure there is nothing else wrong like floged out steering components.

I think for the lift you are talking about then the wedges will be an off the shelf item. Make sure if it is a sprung under cruiser or similar you put the wedges in the right way. The wedges will actually make your drive shaft angle worse.

agree. a spring lift + shackles will only make 1 - 2 degrees of castor variation, and cruisers are quite tolerant of bad castor. what are the symptoms?
