indicator probs
on my 76 Fj40, sometimes when i put my right hand indicator on, it works fine, and other times the parking light flashes instead. any ideas where to start?
Spit my last breath
hey..
i had an issue when i used to indicate right the indicator woudl stay on solid and the brake lights would also stay on solid.
after a bit of investigating with the brake pedal left on i found the rear trailer light plug smoking because the retaining screw was in too tight ann had shortened the wires making this happen..
i'm sure if you did the same it would let you know what the problem is.. find something to sit on the brake while you trace all indicator, headlight and rear light wires... make sure you jiggle them incase its a dodgy contact or bad ground..
might be similar on a fj....
