Hi Guys,
Anyone offer a reccomendation for a coil spring for my GQ that sees moderate to heavy offroad use ? (Mainly corrugations) Carries an Alloy bar, Dual Batteries etc ... Pedders claim those installed are not std height and have sagged one the drivers side so should be replaced with a simlar height spring at @ $100 each
Any other brands I should be looking for ?
Cheers
Daniel

GQ Coil Springs
Hi Dan,
The easiest and probably one of the cheaper options are king springs. You will find that the wizard kits just use a king spring painted in hammer-tone finish.

I've got Dobbinson Coils.
I think they work really well and carry the weight good. I've got heaps of stuff on mine and when I'm towing trailers (lots of ball weight) it doesn't squat at all.
When I had TJM springs before, I'd hook up a trailer and the reear flaps would touch the ground cause they squated so much......
The Dobbinson coils were only cheap too. @140 a pair I think.
I recommend them!
