Hi,
I have a 1990 Hilux Surf 2.4 td and a couple of questions
1: is it gear or chain driven transfer?
2: Which one is better?
thanks
Jason

Gear Or Chain Transfer?

tcases
chain most likely
gear driven transfers are better for modifications because you can fit rockhopper gears to them and you can also bolt 2 together (Marlin or Advanced Adapters kits)
i think you can still do stuff with the chain driven t'cases, but you have alot more options with the gear driven ones.
Cheers Chris
