need to know where you guys get your seamless round tube from.
mate rang up one steel and they didnt carry this anymore(w/park).
i got box tube a week ago and had no problems finding it.

most ppl in syd dont ues proper seamless dom as it costs a farken fortune.

ppl just use erw or black pipe ase the dom stuff costs like 4x the amount as the other stuff and for a tray id just use 3.2mm wall erw tube

Yeah i remember Russ, he did an oil delivery for us about 4 months ago, said he had something in the works back then. Why does he want to outlay the $$$ for tube when he could just use pipe ? Is he trying to meet CCDA or other comp rules ? My bender can bend pipe no probs, infact i love bending pipe cause it's much softer than tube so doesn't give quite the arm workout that tube does, but because of the slightly different measurments it flattens out a bit on 90 degree bends, hardly noticable though. You can definatly feel the difference in strength/quality though.

not for comp . maybe go pipe.
when my tray was getting done the engineer i had lined up wouldnt engineer it unless it was at least 2.56mm wall so want it to be strong...
