Using four to six burly individuals, one on each corner of the vehicle, bend the knees slightly, keep ing your back straight exert an upward pressure....................................... :D

To install a lift in a zook first you would need a reason for it, like putting a second storey on top, or a family room possibly. But for sheer bling-ness a polished spiral staircase is much cooler.
