Hey all just wondering if anyone knows someone that can cut and flip the offset on rims in the Brisbane area. And how much approx I should expect to pay. can they do this with 10" wide rims also?
I have some clearance probs with the tyres I want to run and would rather not run spacers. Am going to run either 36 simex or 36-38 superswampers.
36 simex's rub on top of front spring mount and also at rear on chassis etc.
Will buy rims etc according to what tyres I get.
Do you think this will get them out far enough.
cheers
Brian

He doesn't do steel wheels but he's been in the game for yonks and will be able to steer you in the right direction.
There used to be a mob down past Hardcore.... in the shed out the back of JC Racings old building that modified rims to suit your needs. Don't know if they are still there though.
I think that if you get a 15x10 you'll be ok. The back space on a 15x10 is 3 & 5/8 inches which will bring them out a lot further than standard. With the extra 2 inches on the outside will effectively sit the tyre further out aswell.
A point to note aswell is that Landcruiser rim offset is more outward standard than Patrol. So if you get a cruiser fitment it's going to sit out further.
