Battle of the codes

Post by Roctoy »

i couldn't find info on OL yet about this. so i stole it from the Patrol site.

What would happen if you got a bunch of Tuff Trucks, a heap of RockCrawlers & some of the best winch challenge rigs in the country, and you set some events for each Code of 4WDing...........and then you made ALL the competitors do EVERY course? Would you find the best wheeler in Australia?

Find out at Rover Park on the weekend of 22/23 January 2005

http://www.roverpark.com/

Day trippers $30 (per vehicle)
Campers $40 (per day - per vehicle) Weekend $80

Other accomodation - contact the Park 02 67376862

Don't miss this event!
Outers & Arms up stickers coming soon you hungry bitches!

Basicaly invite only to compete, this is what has i was told.

5 vehicles from each class to run all tracks with a handicap scoring system

ie a winch vehicle will get more points than a buggy for driving to the same point as the buggy on the buggy tracks and i think that the tough truck & buggies will get bonus points in regards to there speed on the winch challenge style track.

This is just what a reputable source told me on the weekend any way.

Give me another couple of days - almost got everything sorted.

Looks like we will run:

Tough Trucks - (42in tyres and bigger)
Winch Chalenge Rigs
Rock buggies (full tube)
All terrain trucks (basically anything that doesent fit into the other three)

Its not so much invite only. Just a matter of not getting too many competitors. If you are really keen to compete and I havnt spoken to you then PM me.

More details on the weekend.

This is really a great idea and a fantastic way to involve more of us in broad-based competition. Good on you Sam, great idea, I wish you all the very best.
