Im looking to upgrade my alternator to get some more amps. My 70 amp hitachi is on its way out , so nows a good time . Ive read some posts about putting a 120 amp alt. internals into the same housing .Can this be done and if so , where in melb . Im in the south eastern burbs...thanks shane....

Uptech auto elec installed a 120 or 130 amp bosch unit in my housing for around $380 maybe a bit less cos i had some other stuff done as well, also got all the wiring beefed up to handle the extra amps

otherwise www.aea.com.au

ps uptech are in upwey but any auto elec should do it i think there is a place in dandenong that is meant to be good
