Your spotlights have two wires on them. Just put one to the chassis and the other to +12 volts via a relay. Anyway here is a really boggy drawing i just did in MS paint for ya. hope it makes some sence.

Note #86 will go to your high beam circut

#30 and #87 make sure you use beefy wiring this will ensure you have bright lights
I did a similar relay arrangment with my OEM lights using beefy wiring
