Well had a unplanned annual leave daty today so I thoght I would start on making my half doors, seen as the kids and the wife are away for a night
Here is a pic with the top welded on , gee its hard work with a Arc :D

Looks good mate, I am going to be cutting the sides down on my MWB and wellding in some RHS for strength, being a two door, people tend to stand on the side. So I am not going to neaten it too much (like hell i'm too pedantic) as I am going to cover it with some checker plate.

I will be cutting my doors down very similar to yours, but also the sides of the car aswell.
