Couldn't see why not, but just a suggestion. Remove the rear door and replace it with a Feroza one (less rear window). This way you can get a complete soft top made with a normal zippered rear window section and don't have to have it made around the rear window and the tailgate will then line up perfectly with the rest of the body which would require a bit of fiddling cutting the original rear door to match.
