I am looking at getting these for the Ferozaaahhh.... I know a couple of people who have them and they haven't had any problems at all - that's with using them as road tyres as well.
I'd appreciate any experience you guys have had with them, or even what their common problems are.........
i have 2 sets - 33x12.5x15 and 285x75x16 .
and have sold heaps of motorway tyres and neaver had a problem.
they have a warranty on all of there tyres if they have any problem they will replace the tyres if they are leagal tread ....
i would recomend these tyres ..
if u need a price on some tyres just send a pm or e-mail...

i've had mine for over 12months now and they've been a good tire. i have the 32x10.5's which are the full remould. i've driven to landcruiser park and back on them before (2.5hr trip) with no dramas
I know you drive on the Beach a lot Heidi, and I think you'll find they're not really the best for that, that's what I was told anyways. But you've always a Surf you can hijack for that I spose.
I just bought a set of Motorways from Craig at Prestige Tyres in Dianella, I found his prices to be very good (he dropped $20 off the price just because I said nicbeer sent me) and his service was second to none. Top bloke and highly reccomended.
I've heard that Motorway tyres are only rated to 120km/h, which is less than allowed for most road vehicles. Thinking I'd find out for myself, I visited Motorway's site - no mention of speed rating anywhere I could find.
Does anybody have anything in writing from Motorway on this subject?

Laws may differ for special purpose tyres, tho?

Not that I know of. Mostly privatly owned companies.
My Motorway muddies are working great sofar.
120km rating on sidewall.
Intersting note told by motorway seller. Speed rating is a legal thing. One of the vehicles that ran outback challenge and the gascoyne dash avg'd about 140km in a couple of sections running on the mongrels and had no problems.
cheers

Cheers for that Neil, I'll definately see Craig once I've got a body lift in and ready for the new rubber... yeah we do tend to do more beach work in the summer but in the winter months I like more rocky/muddy stuff... whether or not my Feroza is up to it is another matter Ahhh well i can only try eh!
