Hi, it is possible to fit a vacuum hypoid diff-lock jacmac in rover front axle of 110 Td5 2002 ?problems with track rod?

as far as i know yes.

the front hypoid set up is slightly different to the rear.

The jacmac carrier is different to the rear uses different bearings.

The front jacmac hypoid has extra machining on the casing to clear the track rod.
