Just wondering, Do any toyotas or nissans or others have
the same spline in the inside of the c/v (The star section) as the end of the axle where it goes through the side gear ? other words front axles that has same spline on both ends ,
The only one I know of is the new (aftermarket) longfield axles - which are 30 spline each end to match the 30-spline eaxh end CV's.
All Land Rover's are 23 or 32 spline on the star end of the CV and either 24 or 10 spline on the diff end of the inner axle.
All the toyota's that I know of are 27 spline of the star end of the CV but 30 spline on the inner axle diff end (there are some coarse spline (40 series?) axles which are different though - not sure about them).
Someone else will have to give you the nissan info...
Probably the cheapest option is to get MacNamara in melbourne to make custom axles for you, they already make custom length axles with various combinations of the toyota 27 and 30 spline sizes and the Land Rover 24 and 23 spline.
