hi im pete i have a bj 40 im 17 and its my first car it has the b motor in it the other day a bloke give me a 3b but it has a scored bore can it be ree sleaved :?:

ha mate thanks for my first reply its ahard top and the b motor is still runin well but the 3b has more guts that wy i wont to put that in

There are lots of us demented 40 owners here.

start a thread in the members section to tell us about your rig.

Don't know a thing about your diesel though, I fixed the power shortage by intalling the 307 chev. Now just got to finish the power steer.

Where abouts in NSW are you? I am a penrith boy. Talk soon

hay busiboy thats the easiest way to get more grunt but i dont wanto reck a good diesal i would like to get anotherone for a v8 project and and ihave heaps spares i tried getin some pics up but it wouldnt work i wouldnt part with my shorty for nuthin :twisted:

keep trying, you have to make the pics quite small did you do that?

I haven't been there for a Looooonnnng time. Too many years spent in a commodore ute working :bad-words:

Last time I was there it was ok, I am sure that it will be only things that we can all handle though.
